3S Development Co., Ltd located in Kaysone road, Thongphanthong village Sisattanak district, Vientiane Capital, registered and found in 11   December 2014 (Business certificate edited) on registered capital   34,000,000,000 LAK at business registration office of industry and commerce in Vientiane, Found and managed by Mr. Phonepaseuth Inthasone.

The former name was   SSSCOMPUTER which means “Seuth Super and Service”  by shareholding, Later  Mr.phonepaseuth INTHASONE  separated from the shareholding and found the firm named  SSSCOMPUTER in 23  September  2005 on registered fund 50,000,000 LAK which was private enterprise.

–    In 2005 – 2009 company’s name was SSSCOPMUTER which was served of

sale computer equipment and IT SOLUTIONS on registered fund 50,000,000  LAK

–     In  2010  –  2013  SSSCOMPUTER  was  changed  in  3S  DEVELOPMENT CO.,LTD which extended out 1 field: “SURVEY, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION”  by adding for registered fund  4,999,999,000 LAK

–     In 2014 – Present, 3S  DEVELOPMENT  CO.,LTD had extended 4 fields: “CONCRETE PLANT, ROAD-BRIDGE CONSTRUCTIONS, Brick factory & Luxury HOTEL” by adding registered fund 30,000,000,000 LAK, the whole business branches is 6 fields and as named “3S Development Co., Ltd”)

–    Recently, we have a new business for serving Lao society that is the Smart Visitor app that will make more comfortable for the people that would like to visit their cousin in the jail via remote online, for preventing the COVID 19 disease and saving the cost of visitor, that no need to come from the remote area for visit their cousin, just use their smart phone with internet that’s it.

The 3SD Group is now planning to set up more Businesses Units in the near future such as: 3SD Ecommerce, Hotel booking System and other businesses to be coming soon.
